Who We Are

Hope Is Risen Uganda (HIRU) is a Community Based Organization located in Baridike Village, Boroboro Parish, which is in Lira District – Northern Uganda. Our mission is to empower and positively impact the lives of children by supporting them through love and care. Under our banner: Growing in God's love.

 

 


Projects under HIRU include:

  • Borehole project to provide clean water to the community 
  • Kindergarten and primary school projects to support children in their education
  • Music school project aimed at nurturing talents through the art of music 
  • Clinic project to improve community healthcare through delivering cheap healthcare services
  • Orphanage and rehabilitation project to restore hope to children in need
